2. Services
Evo Clean provides professional home cleaning services tailored to customer needs.
Services will be delivered on the date and time agreed upon at booking.
We reserve the right to decline services if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
Payments can be made securely online or in person.
Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) must be received prior to or on the day of service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
5. Refund & Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with our service, you must notify Evo Clean within 24 hours.
We will assess the claim and may offer a re-clean, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Refunds will not be issued if dissatisfaction is due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, unrealistic expectations, unsafe environments).
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Any fragile, valuable, or delicate items must be secured or removed before cleaning.
Evo Clean is not liable for damage to items left unsecured in the cleaning area.
7. Liability
Evo Clean carries insurance coverage for accidents or damages caused directly by our staff.
We are not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or damage due to improper installation of household items.
8. Privacy
All personal information collected is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Customer data will never be sold or shared without consent, except when required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
Evo Clean reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
